2 year warranty

How it works:

Leather being a natural material is not completely indestructible, even though we spend extra in sourcing the best materials, sometimes things can still break. If that unpleasantly should occur at any time in the first 2 years, please feel free to reach out and we will make things right.

To be clear, we warrant all of our products against material defects and workmanship under normal wearing conditions. If a claim on the warranty is made and after examining we find that the product was used for purposes outside normal conditions - we may not be able to cover it.

Also this 2 year warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product and it cannot be transferred if you sold to someone else (proof of purchase is required for any claim)

 

Wear and tear:

Things like scratches to the leather, fading on the buckles or hardware are all going to happen and we do not consider these material defects. Our 2 year warranty does not cover things like: Leather colour changing (be it fading or darkening) over time, the top layer or any hardware wearing or being scratched off revealing the base metal underneath etc. This is a normal wear and tear.

 

If taken care of correctly, your leather product last years so please remember that just like everything else in your life, your leather products requires some maintenance and care to make it last as much as possible.


Exchanges:
As stated above, we are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged by our fault. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@theshoroomleather.com  and we will reply with the address on where to you'll need to send the defective product. 

As most items are made to order, we do not exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing - so please choose carefully and reach out and ask a question if you need to.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item.
