I don't accept cancellations once the custom order has been placed.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders

Please be aware that once customised orders are under process it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of handmade business. If you would like to cancel the order or alter the item I may ask you to cover the material costs and refund the rest. This is purely because once I start the production I cannot reuse the prepared materials for other uses.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item has been proved to be at our fault, we will issue the full. Refund for the product and the return postage. 

 

Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery 

Upon receiving the item the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
